1. The Service

Best Wedding Content Creators (“BWCC”) is a directory that helps couples discover professional wedding content creators. We list creator profiles and provide editorial content; we are not a party to any agreement between couples and creators.

2. No Booking Intermediary

All bookings, payments, and contracts happen directly between you and the creator. BWCC charges no booking fees and takes no commission, and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or outcome of any service booked through a listed creator.

3. Listings

Creators may submit a listing free of charge. By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate and you have the right to use the images and text provided. We review submissions before publishing and may edit for style or decline listings at our discretion.

Some profiles are compiled from publicly available information and are marked as unclaimed. The business owner can claim or remove such a profile at any time via the contact page.

4. Accuracy of Information

Prices, delivery times, and other listing details are indicative and provided by creators or public sources. Always confirm current details directly with the creator before booking.

5. Intellectual Property

The BWCC name, site design, and editorial content are our property. Creator names, photos, and portfolio content remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

The directory is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BWCC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the site or from services booked with listed creators.
